We take the protection of your data seriously. This website is built so that as little personal data as possible is processed: it sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no content from third parties. Below we inform you, in accordance with Art. 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which data is nevertheless processed.

1. Controller

Thomas Darchinger, formation d 451
Polyphonstraße 8, 04159 Leipzig, Germany
E-mail: mail@formation-d-451.art

A data protection officer is not required by law and has not been appointed.

2. Visiting the website and server log files

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, on servers in Germany. Each time a page is accessed, the server automatically processes the following data: IP address, date and time, the page or file accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser and operating system.

Purpose: delivering the website, stability and security (e.g. defending against attacks). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the website. Storage period: IONOS deletes or anonymises the log files after 8 weeks at the latest. Recipients: IONOS as processor; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

3. Encryption

The website is delivered exclusively via an encrypted TLS connection (https). Data you send to us therefore cannot be read by third parties.

4. No cookies, no tracking, no embedded content

We do not store any information on your device and do not read any from it (§ 25 TDDDG). There is therefore no cookie banner. Fonts, images and videos are stored on our own server; no content from Google, YouTube, Instagram or other platforms is embedded.

5. Contact by e-mail

If you write to us by e-mail, we process your e-mail address, your name and the content of your message in order to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry concerns a contract (e.g. a booking), otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (answering enquiries). Storage period: until your request has been dealt with; we keep business correspondence for the statutory retention periods (up to 6 or 10 years).

6. Newsletter via Mailchimp

For our newsletter we use Mailchimp, a service of Intuit Inc., 2700 Coast Avenue, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. You sign up on a Mailchimp page that you reach via the “Newsletter” link. Data is only collected there: your e-mail address and, if you choose, additional details such as your name. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your subscription (double opt-in). Mailchimp also evaluates whether newsletters are opened and links are clicked.

Legal basis: your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by sending us a message. Transfer to a third country: Intuit is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); standard contractual clauses apply in addition. Storage period: until you unsubscribe; after that your address is deleted or only kept on a block list so that you receive no further e-mails. A data processing agreement is in place with Mailchimp. More at intuit.com/privacy.

7. Links to other providers

We link, among others, to ticket providers (rausgegangen.de, Eventim), to Instagram and to partner websites. Data is only transferred when you click such a link; from then on the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. The respective ticket provider is responsible for ticket purchases.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3)). An informal e-mail to us is sufficient.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): where we process data on the basis of legitimate interests, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Right to lodge a complaint: you can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us, the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner (Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte), Devrientstraße 5, 01067 Dresden, datenschutz.sachsen.de.

9. Obligation to provide data, automated decisions

You are not obliged to provide us with personal data. Without the technically necessary connection data, however, the website cannot be displayed, and without an e-mail address we cannot reply to you. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.

10. Changes

We update this privacy policy when the website, our services or the legal situation change. The version published here applies.
